The restaurant has two rooms, one room with a beautiful
panoramic view of the forest. Traditional cooking, also inspired of
local cooking is prepared with a maximum of fresh produce.
Many preparations are manufactured house and we choose our suppliers
carefully to bring you dishes of high quality.
We also welcome groups.
The specialties of the moment are the "Val d'Ajol Andouille"
with sauerkraut, trout with sorrel cream, leg of guinea fowl with
